Event: In October and November, 2015, DENAIR service team visited our VIP customer in Chonburi, Thailand two times for trouble shooting and technical training for air compressor maintenance. As an air compressor manufacturer for many years, the after sales issue can not be avoided absolutely. The most important for the after sales issue is the good attitute towards the problem and the ability of solving the problem timely. When our customer in Thailand met some difficulties in using the diesel portable screw air compressor, our service team was always to support them efficiently, replied their questions in time and went to the working site for trouble shooting quickly. And then our engineers especially flied to Chonburi again for following up and technical training for air compressor maintenance. Because of our excellent and professional service and guaranteed products, the customer placed the second order for 2 units of 185KW 250HP electric screw air compressor system in May of 2016.
