1.Replace the piston machine

2. Leakage control
The average leakage of compressed air in the factory is up to 20~30%, so the primary work of energy saving is to control the leakage.All pneumatic tools, hoses, joints, valves, a 1-mm hole, at 7bar pressure, lost almost 4,000 yuan a year.It is urgent to check air compressor pipeline leakage and optimize pipeline design.
3. Pressure drop management
Pressure gauges shall be set up in each section of the pipeline. Generally, air compressor shall be exported to the use point of the factory, and the pressure drop shall not exceed 1bar.The pressure drop of the cold and dry filter section is generally 0.2bar. Check the pressure drop of each section in detail.Increase energy consumption by 7-10% per kilogram of pressure.
4. Evaluate pressure requirements of pneumatic equipment
The exhaust pressure of air compressor should be lowered as far as possible under the guarantee of production. The cylinder of many air equipment only needs 3~4bar, and only a few manipulator needs 6bar or more.(for every 1bar of low pressure, energy saving is about 7-10%).
