Z (Vertical) Type CNG Compressor
Performance Characteristics:

Z(vertical) type compressor cylinder which do not bear the weight of the working conditions of piston is conducive to high-pressure cylinder without oil lubrication structural design, no oil (less oil) lubrication operation, higher mechanical efficiency, extended service life of cylinder and piston rings to reduce the running costs.
- All cylinders are equipped with dry cylinder liner wear resistance.
- Compressor has three throws and three cylinders in line, no string-cylinder, and the corresponding packing & the large end bush with the maintenance window, and set up in the skid side, good maintainability.
- Small installation area, easy to transport, saving investment.
D (or W) Type CNG Compressor
Performance Characteristics:

Two-throw symmetrical balanced horizontal units, throw’s alternate angle to each other 180° the inertial force balance, the piston force distribution, performance and running balance.
- By the finite element analysis software simulation load compressor design the overall movement of compressor body, the compressor body and midbody as a whole structure, uniform load transfer, the overall rigid body excellent.
- Compressor body with windows for disassembly and inspection of crosshead, etc., to facilitate inspection and maintenance.
- Compressor body with oil level gauge, if necessary, can be equipped with platinum thermal resistance and electric heaters, oil testing, oil level, and interlock with the unit running.
- With pre-lube oil pump, moving parts of a mandatory pre-lubrication to ensure a reliable operation. D type compressor can be adapted in daughter station, mother station and standard station.
M Type CNG Compressor
Performance Characteristics:

M-type (4-throw or 6-throw above) symmetrical balance compressor is the best balance of performance one in various types of piston compressor.
- The inertia force (a first and second order) and the moment of inertia can be completely balanced, uniform shear force, in particular a smooth operation.
- The strength of the relative two throws piston in opposite directions, offsetting each other, thereby substantially improving the neck axis (bearing) stress conditions, a decrease of the main axis between the neck and main bearing wear and prolongs the service life.
- The more throws, and can be one throw for one stage, one stage for one cylinder. Rigid run good, fast and convenient maintenance overhaul.
- Adapt to the larger discharge capacity, the needs of multi-stage compression is the large discharge capacity of gas or CNG mother station with the best type of compressor.
