DSC Oil Free Scroll Vacuum Pump Component and Working Principle:

DCS series oil free scroll vacuum pump is composed of pump head, motor, base, etc. Pump head consists of fixed scroll plate, kinetic scroll plate, crankshaft seal, fan, pump case, etc. Scroll plate is composed of circular flat and one or multi-evolvent scroll plate wall, fixed scroll plate and kinetic scroll plate is the basic pumping structure of oil free vacuum pump. During processing, fixed one and kinetic one has no touch with each other, creating crescent-shaped closed compressing room, which is narrowing, through relative movement to inhale, compress, exhaust circularly, which makes gas inhaled from inlet, exhausted from outlet, vacuumizing the chamber effectively.
