Air Compressor for Supporting Nitrogen Generator

Nitrogen generator refers to equipment that uses compressed air as raw material and uses physical methods to separate oxygen and nitrogen to obtain nitrogen.

The nitrogen generator usually uses high-quality imported carbon molecular sieve (CMS) as the adsorbent, and uses pressure swing adsorption principle (PSA) at room temperature to separate air to produce high-purity nitrogen. Two adsorption towers are used in parallel, and the imported pneumatic valve is controlled by intelligent PLC to automatically operate, alternately perform pressure adsorption and decompression regeneration, complete nitrogen and oxygen separation, and obtain required high purity nitrogen.
