Air Compressor for Supporting Oxygen Generator

Oxygen generator refers to equipment that uses air as raw material to separate oxygen and nitrogen, finally obtain oxygen by physical method .

Adopting the adsorption performance of molecular sieve, and using compressed air as the driving force through physical principles, nitrogen and oxygen in the air are separated to obtain high-concentration oxygen. This type of oxygen generator produces oxygen quickly and has a high oxygen concentration, which is suitable for oxygen therapy and oxygen health care for all kinds of people. The overall equipment has low power consumption and low cost of use.

• Cooling method: air-cooled / water-cooled      

We choose air compressor model according to almost fixed O2 purity,
Purity 93+_3%, Air: O2 =15:1
For example, customer need 93% O2 50 m3/h, we need match compressed air 750 m3/h

In hospital, oxygen supply has two kinds:
1.Patient bed use, compressed air system + O2 generator + O2 tank + directly to patient bed
2.Oxygen bottle use, based on 1 + 150 bar booster into cylinder
