During February 14th to 16th, 2019, Oman biggest customer Ministry of Defense Oman (MOD) sent 2 senior engineers also as supervisors to attend FREE TRAINING at DENAIR factory in Shanghai. After establishing cooperation for one year, it is a great opportunity to learn each other and exchange ideas on future demands.

This training mainly focused on DENAIR Oil-injected screw air compressor and Oil free screw air compressor series, covering product presentation, disassemble and assembly procedures, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance… And there is a course especially for CMC main controller from Belgium, more intelligent control with 22 LANGUAGES available, storage up to 50 error records, 200 event logs.

Besides technical training, the 2 senior engineers and Oman distributor also reported previous projects finished, and see big potential to replace all old air compressors with DENAIR brand. There will be more cooperation on stationary screw air compressors, with power range 15-75kW.

Though it is the first time Ministry of Defense Oman team came to DENAIR factory, the engineers were fully satisfied with DENAIR company, factory, culture, products, staff, accommodation, etc, and successfully obtained the certificate of completion finally.

Btw, DENAIR will also send service engineers to Oman working site by mid of 2019, to provide technical support and training, which will make local distributor and customers more professional during operation and maintenance of DENAIR air compressor.
